B-LED OFF
R-LED OFF
1. Send the CMD_LED_ON or CMD_LED_OFF to control B-LED and R-LED
2. Receiving the CMD_LED_ON command B-LED and R-LED turn on
3. Receiving the CMD_LED_OFF command B-LED and R-LED turn off
