Peer to Peer Tesing
1. The TX-Board send the character " a " to the RX-Board every two seconds
2. The RX-Board receive the character " a " and set the character to " b " ( " a "+ 1=" b " )
3. Each time the TX-Board send data and the RX-Board receive data the R-LED will blink
4. Monitored by the UART software Tool
Red-Board is set to TX-Board
Green-Board is set to RX-Board
